We know you're eager to get your hands on your order and start the upgrade — so we aim to get everything out to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK Standard: 3–7 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days (where available)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Please note: all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or periods of high demand. Vanta Auto cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery through the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please get in touch.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
