Refund & Returns Policy

At Vanta Auto, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right — quickly and without the runaround.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
  • Not damaged due to attempted or incorrect installation

Please note: as all products are designed for DIY installation and come with full video guides, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of fitting attempts or modification.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of installation, modification, or damage
  • Items not in original packaging

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
